Consistently does the job without smelling all day long. Voltarin was first used a prescription topical medication. I was introduced to it in this manner. Once I learned 5hatvits now over the counter I use nothing but this creme. I’ve tried roll ons, sprays and patches in other brands. Nothing stands up to this product. Works fast, helps to loosen stiffness with the heat. I recommend it

This is so great and I don’t know how it works, but it seems to work well. You just rub it in when you have a pain in the leg, knee, arm, shoulder, etc., like magic, it relieves the pain.

Great cream for temporary pain relief.

Both my wife and I tried this and were disappointed at the lack of results. Then later I actually read the directions. :)This is not designed like Bengay to be applied and then work almost immediately. Rather, you need to apply it several times a day, give it time to soak in before allowing clothing to rub it off, and do this for multiple days. Once I followed those directions, I got amazing relief.One star off for price -- by the time you have applied this four times a day, day after day, this is rather pricey for over-the-counter medicine. And the new "improved" cap made it more difficult not to apply more than needed at one time.Still, a very effective medication.

Good if you keep using it. Doesn't work quickly, but if used repeatedly, it works.

Any, of these creams, of topical nature, is hard to judge. The reason is, when the onset of pain, begins, say, from a brief injury, either, the pain will go away in a few days - on its own - or, the pain will go away, in a few days, with the application of this cream. I would say that an honest assessment of this product would take, at least, a year, of trial and error testing. Thing is - the pain is gone, now.
