I bought my heating pad in 2022. I use it every single day. My back bothers me and I find great comfort in it so I leave it on my couch. I bought a different type that I leave in my office. It went out after three months, so I am purchasing another one of these for my office. It works amazing. The size is amazing. It’s from your shoulders to the bottom of your back. I cannot believe it still works with the amount of use. I’ve used it love it.

I have major disc degeneration in multiple levels of my cervical spine and am in the home stretch before fusion therapy. I get ridiculous muscle tightness, cramping and impinged nerves - which only heat, muscle relaxers and Lyrica touch. It is not hyperbole to say that the hottest heating pad I can stand is the only thing between me and tears most days.I must have read reviews on most of the shoulder/neck heating pads before buying this one. This is my third overall version of this type to try in addition the several regular heating pads - and the mobile ones you can wear in the car or while walking in your home. I was a little concerned about buying this one because it didn’t have a lot of reviews and was not a known brand.The shape of this “type” of pad is by far and away the most effective at getting heat right up into the spots it’s needed along my neck the flat ones never will. The problem with most of this type of neck heating pads is they don’t get blazing hot. I need high heat to help loosen up the muscles so the nerve will free up when it becomes impinged.This is by far the hottest of this type I have found and I can’t tell you what a relief this pad is. I use it at least 4 hours over the morning and another 4-6 in the afternoon/evening so it’s gotten a work out. I would cry if this broke (literally) and it’s become so necessary I might just buy a back up. I cannot imagine days without it.This is well worth the money. It’s just awesome. Literally the *only* thing I could suggest to the company that they could do to make this better is to add more of the little glass beads to weight it more heavily so it it lays closer to the skin.I wasn’t paid for this review and expect nothing for it. If you have neck pain - try this one. The only thing I have tried that is hotter is the Thermophore heating pad by Battle Creek equipment which is *Brilliant* but isn’t flexible enough to moosh into the spot where I need it.

This one has a velcro belt to hold the jacket heat pad on and closed. It heats well and does the job that you want it to do. It has an auto off in 2 hours, three heat zones that are pressed. No heat temp to show how hot though. The Massaging Weighted Heated Pad with Jade Stones that came as the duo set bonus is very nice. Both, my husband and I tested that for a short time and were impressed with the vibration of the stones and the array of settings the belt had for massaging. Heat was plentiful, in the back area. This is a nice massager and heat unit. The belt is from Nextgen. I would definetly purchase the belt again as a gift for a dear one.

The same day I got it was the same day I sent it back. Did not heat enough. Used it for 2 hours. Wasn't happy and the fact that it doesn't have a power off. You have to unplug it. I didn't like so that's that.

Very Very happy with this heating pad it arrived on time, it’s extremely soft, super long cord, it Heats up pretty quick and it Holds the Temperature, Better than Advertised. This is the biggest heating pad I have owned thus far.It’s super soft to the touch, has a weighed bottom and weighed shoulder overlaps, is a nice grey color on the outside and a silver grey on the inside, comes with a black elastic Velcro waist band, super long cord which is a 2 prong plug.The cord length is split into two parts from plug to the control box is 96” then from the control box to the pad is 34” the control box is 6 3/4” long by 2” wide and the cord is Detachable for washing.When I have it on it hangs down to the mid part of my Buttocks, I’m 5’4” tall with a midsize built so this pad fits Super nice and I even have extra length and width which is very good.It has a strong magnet on each side of the front drops to hold it closed around my neck.The only thing/issue is as I read the instructions it claims that upon turning it on for each of the 3 settings of H, M and L it is supposed to Beep1 beep for low 2 beeps for M and 3 beeps high ,However This has NOT occurred I have not been able to hear Any sound upon turning the pad on, I had bought 2 of these and Neither of them BEEP upon turning them on!Other than that this is a Wonderful Wonderful heating pad for me.I use 1 in my living room and the other in bed, even my small dog has fallen head over heals with the constant heat coming from these pads.I highly recommend this pad to anyone whom suffers from neck, migraines, muscle cramping, back pain and even leg and foot pains.It is Very well Made and nicely constructedI Highly Recommend this heating pad for Others

It was great while it lasted, only 2 yrs!!!My last heating pad lasted 10 yrs, at least!!!!
