Probably helps
These are actually good. It has a peculiar taste but its doable. Like a wheat thin. Helps with milk production although i was taking a few supplements so i cant say that this works alone

Amazing taste and actually work!
These not only are delicious but they also work wonders for my milk production! I’m able to get anywhere from 10-12oz out at my 3am pump with these! I normally only get 4-6oz out during each pump!

Not good
Probably the nastiest thing ever. They were soggy and the taste and texture were not good. I love munkins lactation drinks and the chocolate chip cookies but unfortunately these were a big no.

An acquired taste
Not going to lie, these have a very strange flavor. They almost taste like a regular Cheez-It but have this other flavor in there too. Plus they're dryer. But they are perfectly salted. I do randomly crave them. As for milk production I use this in combination with other natural supports. For example I also eat the cookies from this brand for snacks. I drink a ton of body armor. And I take other supplements. Therefore I can't speak directly to how this product impacts my production but I do feel like these and the cookies help.

Good flavor but stale
These “crisps” were def not crispy. They seemed stale upon arrival. The flavor was not bad, but not what I was expecting based on the name. Likely won’t order again.

These are my favorite!!! Not sure if I saw a difference in output but they taste so good!!!!

Not a fan
I've tried the oatmeal chocolate chip cookies and the sea salt crisps, both are very good, but these are not, in my opinion. They almost seem like they are stale and they flavor leaves much to be desired. Also, not sure if munchkin is trying to cut back on plastic use or attempting to make the bags easier to open, but the bags are a much thinner plastic than the previous boxes I've received. Glad I only purchased the one box, I won't be repurchasing.

Decent taste/convenient snack
Literally taste like wheat thins and cheese its combined. NGL I was nervous to buy these after reading reviews but they are actually pretty good and make a very convenient snack when I need something quick.Not sure if it impacted my milk supply that much but would definitely buy again just for convenience and taste.
