Perfect for beginners
It’s my first time trying hydroponics and I would say the product is perfect for beginners. It’s easy to assemble and came with all the necessary materials and product was as shown in the picture. The quality is good and as you can see in one of the pics, the growth is comparatively better than those plants grown in pots. The weight is just right and it’s a value for money. Go for it

It's a good product.
It's a best product who is beginner in the field of hydroponics. The manual is also provided with the kit. The customer support is also helpful. Regular cleaning of DWC is required and also while growing plants, keep in mind about the surrounding temperature and water TDS.

fantastic product for those who want to start out hydroponic farming.
i am not exactly born with green thumbs. but with some recent success, decided to try out hydroponic and went with city greeens. the product is exactly as advertised. there are youtube videos which will guide you in case you need any. the key ingredient is the air pump and the chemicals that come along with to booster plant growth. they work miraculously and i intend to increase hydroponic farming at my home.

Not easy to use
The product is definitely not easy to use. It’s cumbersome to setup… even the pump and its setup is so darn difficult. For working couples, I would advice to stay away…

The planter was leaking.
The product was leaking badly. Had to used some diy paste plaster to stop the leaking.
