It's hard to tell if this product is making a difference or not because it's hard to see end results. But I can tell you that I feel better and my overall body health seems to be better since I have been taking these pills

Stuff works but it's not recommended to take on a regular basis but once a month is great

These supplements really work. My creatinine levels has gone up.

My feet were a bit puffy and my skin was itchy on my lower legs. I have had kidney issues in the past so I suspected that it could be kidney related. I’m in my 40’s and fairly healthy except that my right kidney is prone to infections.Two days in and my feet are less puffy. For the first time in two weeks my legs don’t itch. I was right! I will be sure to go to the doc this week.The reason for 3 stars is the overwhelming tiredness I have had just these two days. Last night I came home so tired that I wobbled and my neighbors thought I was drunk. This morning I woke up almost 2 hours earlier than usual with the groggy feeling that nyquil can leave. By 10:30am I was so tired that couldn’t keep my eyes open and fell asleep doing homeschool with my daughter. Plus another nap at 3pm. Plus ready for bed again at 9:30pm. I am going to give this a break and try taking just one in the evening in a few days.

I’ve been taking this for a few weeks and had a drop of a few points in my bad cholesterol after getting lab work. I will continue taking it and hope it continues to drop.

These are great tablets.
