Q: Can i use in a sauna mixed with water on the coals?

Hi and thank you for your question. That is a great way to use our oil and we have also used it in that way. Just use safely by applying a few drops to water and then onto the sauna coals once diluted as you have suggested. Best wishes, Rob

Q: Is this suitable for massaging?

Hi Shaf and many thanks for your question. The oil is pure undiluted essential oil, so it can't be applied to skin directly. However if blended with a carrier oil such as coconut oil, etc. then you could use as a massage oil. As always check that whomever is using the oil isn't allergic to any of the essential oils our oil blend contains and the mixture of oil to carrier oil is sufficient and safe for skin contact. Used in this way our oil is a very good decongestant. I hope this helps and best wishes.

I just use it on a tissue or as a vapor. I don't have an oil burner so I can't answer the question.

Nooooo don't spray it into your mouth. If you have a diffuser, put 5-10 drops in there. Or add drops to a bath, or a spray bottle with distilled water, you can also add baking soda and rubbing alcohol (there are lots of natural air freshener recipes online). Or add drops to a bowl of hot water and inhale. But definitely don't ingest it.
