Unique padding and style provides extra comfort
This style is quite useful and unique compared to others. Its size and shape allows it to heat well and it fits nicely for neck and shoulders but also as a great wrap for your knees or any area where you want to wrap it around for extra heat. It’s especially comforting with the extra soft padding layer that others don’t have. It’s very well made and there is excellent customer service and warranty that comes with it. I especially like the puffy thickness yet it’s soft and pliable and heats evenly very well. This is the best design that I’ve ever had. I’m impressed.

The microwavable neck wrap works for me.
I am very happy with this product. This is moist heat at its best for your neck, back and shoulder area. Much better than dry heat. I just put it in my microwave for one minute and thirty seconds and the relief is awesome. I have better sleep. One does have to check the wattage of your microwave though. It is important to follow the instructions. It is worth the money.

Warm and comfy
This was a simple heartfelt by pad that does not damage your microwave. It has filling that is natural and carries heat well. Can be used on other than neck. Great price. Not has heavy as rice neck heating so you can pull down on sides is only downside but overall worth the price.

Works great and is longer and easy to use
I liked this for the ease of use and it really helped my neck. You just put it in the microwave and heat it for a short time and it holds the heat for a while and it's nice and long. I bought 2 different ones and never used the shorter one yet because I was confused about the instructions which include water and felt too short.

Only lasted three months
I love the light weight of the product and the loop that I could tighten it up to my neck. It said not to go over a certain setting, but I had to get it to be warm enough for me. And then today, I guess it had had enough, and it burst in the microwave sadly.

It heats up perfectly in my microwave I use 1min&40 seconds
I love this so much I am going to buy more. I have this stiff neck which causes me so much pain up to my ears & when I use this heat pad it makes me feel so much better. I highly recommend everyone to buy this. ❤️ love it

I use this everyday
Love this heating pad for neck pain. Use it every single day. Love how soft it is however it doesn’t stay warm that long. No weird smell, helps my stiff neck, good quality
