The best in the world.
I hated hit chocolate, the power stuff tastes so bad. But this.. . Oh boy, this changed things.We had the pleasure of trying knoops in London a few years back, they have a shop, that always has a queue!It's pretty similar to the knoops we bought in the shop, enough that I'd take this in its place!It tastes like quality chocolate, so much so that we ate some raw, which was lovely.The price may seem steam for a small amount of hot chocolate flakes but this is honestly the best hot chocolate Iver ever had and has converted me from being a hit coco hater to a lover. Given the quality and taste, the value for money is great. But if you're having friends or relatives around... Give them the Cadbury stuff and save this stuff for yourself!

Vegan Hot Chocolate.
I purchased these (two) for a friend and took them in hand luggage all the way and hand delivered to her in the USA… she was in seventh heaven!

Lovely! Have bought several times and they work in a velvetiser.
I bought this chocolate as all hotel chocolat sachets were out of stock for the velvetiser; I'm so glad I did! I've tried several of them.34%: nice chocolate but not rich enough for a good hot chocolate so I ate it on it's own 😆.43%: you need an extra tsp to get any depth of flavour.54%: it's nice but not as rich as the others.65%: Makes a nice, rich hot chocolate.72%: The best one I've tried so far, it has a lovely cherry aftertaste and produces a rich hot chocolate.80%: its nice but hasn't ground down very well so I've had to sift the big pieces out so that it doesn't damage my velvetiser.Overall I would definitely recommend this chocolate. I'm waiting to try the Ruby chocolate and 70% so I'll update this once I've tried.Update: I've tried the Ruby chocolate and don't reccomend it for use with the velvetiser as my hot chocolate just tasted like sugary milk. I tried it on it's own though and think it would taste lovely in a dessert (cheesecake maybe): it tastes like a raspberry white chocolate.

Okay. But expensive
This is okay. It’s nothing special taste wise. I used it in my velvetiser but it doesn’t have the same result as the hot chocolate intended for the machine. You also get about 6 servings a box which is actually much more expensive than buying hotel chocolat sachets & it’s just not as nice either. It was a nice pleasant enough try for something different but I won’t be repurchasing sadly.

When I say I’m picky about white hot chocolates I am super picky to point I’ve brought 10 plus different brands trying to find the right one. Having one drinking and never touching them again. Even to point of making my own white chocolate sauce to make perfect one but nothing was right, I’d given up at this point, as a last ditch effort I brought this thinking I probably gonna hate it just like the rest. Nope this is the best hot chocolate I’ve ever had!! I will now never buy any others, so if your debating it honestly just buy it, you won’t regret it
