It works just fine. I had a diarrhea for a couple of days. However I'm not sure if it's because some type of magnesium in the product isn't suitable for me or I was just stressed out in relationships with my partner (I get upset stomach sometimes when stressed) . After a week of consumption I'm doing just fine. I love the dosage and it really sends me to sleep 🤍 I also got selenium from this company, satisfied as well.
