You can get any piece replaced on the Wonder Forge website. Super simple, just fill out the form telling them which parts you need and they mail you the pieces. Awesome customer service!

Is this the 10 cupcake version as per the description or the 7 cupcake version as per the photo? Can anyone who recently purchased this answer? Thanks

I got this for my girls for Christmas, purchased in December 2018, it has 10 cupcakes. It’s a really fun game, they love it. I enjoy it too!

How many villain cupcake tiles are supposed to come with the game? We didn’t get any with ours..

There should be a wrapper, topper, cake, and frosting tile for the villain.

How big are the pieces?

When the cupcakes are together they stand about 1.5 inches. They are about an inch wide. Now the cake topper pieces are the smallest, the smallest being the size of a pea with a post on it. They are a nice soft rubber like plastic. I have a two year old that doesn't understand the game but loves to just build the cakes, she is able to do so easily.
