its my second contigo, the first one lasted 3 years and I lost it. I just had to get the same model and I love it.

The item it self is awesome , but i got it with 2 hit damages ( one down the bottle and the other next to the mouth position ) i’m very disappointed specially from the second one :(

Lovely product. Excellent packaging and delivery time. The mug itself is just like in the picture and is completely leak proof. I ended up buying it more than once.

I like the option to clean the lid.

I ordered 20 pieces, all of them were excellent.They keep liquids' temperature for long time, hot for about 4 hours and cold for 10 hours or more

Outstanding product. I bought this in 2017, and still going strong. No issues, leak proof. Perfect smart colour. Absolutely superb for hot or cold beverages. If you are using it for hot drinks, i recommend leaving the lid off if you aren’t travelling or needing it right away. This is to allow it to cool a little so that that its a drinkable temperature. However, if it’s piping hot with 100.celsius straight from the kettle water then it should stay hot for 4 hours. And at the 3 hour mark it may become drinkable. But you may find your experience to be different. Disclaimer: Careful when drinking hot beverages.As for cold, i recommend filling to the top with ice and the rest with water or drink of choice. When i add my mint and water in the summer. And drunk through all the water, i can add more cold water at work and the ice will still be going strong. However, with each addition of cold liquids being added and the time passing by, the ice will melt eventually.

Revised review:In the beginning ......the coffee stay really hot..... 5-6 hours. And I'm living Montréal ....Winter is really cold and I need to walk to my office... a 5 minutes walk in winter time .....but my coffee stay really hot 6:30 to 11 easy.....After one year......the coffee stay hot only one hour.... I contacted the Contigo support service because Contigo is lifetime garanty. I don't know if my problem is part of lifetime garanty...I will revised my review after more news from Contigo. I'm really sad because I really love my travel mug.

Have a couple of these mugs in the normal size so have been looking for a larger size for quite a while. Unfortunately the lid of this one is poorly made and leaks.Have tested this lid on the smaller mug and it still leaks. As the duties and postage cost as much as the mug I see no chance for a return.Cannot recommend this purchase.Also trying to contact the seller is via Amazon Customer Services only ... with a link that only refreshes the page. Is this another case of Amazon squashing negative experiences?

1st off, to be clear, I LOVE my 2 Contigo West Loop Autoseals, and the Byron? well, bought for a friend, it's...OK.When all works as it should, drinks stay SUPER (leak free) hot, or SUPER (leak free) cold/chilled (as required) fer HOURS, BUT when things go wrong?1 of my Autoseals Lids have failed, so NOW (fizzy) drinks go flat, and no longer stay chilled through the night, as was the case (and still is) with the 2nd Autoseal.Sadly I don't seem to be able to get ANY joy, OR A REPLY outta Contigo CS. Umm, CS, do they even HAVE any?OK...PLAN BPlan B? is/was to contact Contigo via Amazon, but I don't think I made myself understood to Amazon CS a few moments ago, time will tell.
