Hi, No, red dye is not listed. The last picture provided by amazon, shows all the ingredients, they are the same as the bottle I just received, this month, Nov. 2015. The expiration date is listed as 02/2017

Q: Any constipation issues due to the iron content? 4yo sometimes has this issue with fe in multis. thanks!

I didn't see any change in my kids' elimination patterns after taking these vitamins, no constipation issues as far as we were concerned. Hopefully they work for you as well.
