You need a timer for your garage workout? This is the one.
So, let's go straight to the features:Good size for a garage gym (This is not a timer for business, it's for home gym)Multiple bright levels, you can set the lowest bright level when not using and increase the bright when using during the day.Functions for your wod: regular timer with seconds, count up, countdown, tabata, AMRAP, EMOM, and all the crossfit options that you use at box.Remote control to start/stop the timer10 seconds countdown to start with the beep in the last 3 seconds (exactly as in your crossfit box)So, the only cons that you will notice is:The beep is not loud. If you put the music at high-volume and start before the timer, you maybe won't listen the beeps. Not a big deal right? Just a comment to let you know what you are buying. So, for a home crossfit gym it's perfect!

Great, Functional Clock
Really great and functional clock with lots of features and settings. The buzzer is pretty loud as well. Make sure you read through the directions FIRST, so you don't get frustrated when trying to set everthing up.Also, if you have staff/number of people trying to use it as well, they will definitely need to read the instructions as well, especially if you don't want to to overwright any programs you worked long and hard to set up.
