Can I use this on a dash panel before applying a vinly/urethane dash kit over part of the panel? The dash kit uses 3m adhesive.

Our ATG plastic trim is kind of finisher and should be used after repairing on a cleaned and dry dash panel. The item dyes plastic and refreshes the color.

Can this be used on a black interior dashboard of a car

yes, most certainly, I have only used on black colored things and it works well, hope this helps

If I use this on rubber handles that are used by hands, will it smear onto my hands?

This is the worst product, I don’t recommend!!! It ruined my car
