Q: Should these bottles be cleaned out once they've been used to fill the tanks? As in washed out between uses?

Hi, we don't clean the bottles out between use. They fully seal and are air tight so there is no real need to, but you can do if you wish.

Yes, they can be used with the Ecotank ET-2850

Yes they work with the ET2720 / 2726 series printers.

Q: Can these be used for the et-2714

no i use 502 ink set. you will need the 104 inks from Ink Experts
