This is the best series I have ever read.
I have read this series 3 times and am reading it again, I love the characters, the descriptions of the life at that time is so believable. I love the history of Britain and what has made us who we are, and Bernard Cornwell is a superb storyteller. Would recommend.

Bought for my partner he read the series in two weeks and started looking for more authors who write in this genre.
