Looks nice and works well
It heats well and looks very nice. However it’s a bit hard to remove the bread afterwards.

This toaster is really good does lovely toast in a fraction of the time my old one did it so much cheaper on the electric and will even do toast from frozen bread..

Perfect toast - every time! 😊
Perfect toast! Colour choice of toast works a treat. Reheat, great!Downside? Top and sides is a bit warm to the touch to get toast out.Once you know, ouch, you don’t do it again!A bit lightweight, so don’t be too heavy handed, as I was to start with. This toaster replaced a much loved but old and hence temperamental, Kenwood with high-rise facility which was great for warming up croissant, for eg.Having said that, a very satisfactory replacement purchase at a very good price. 😊

Nice little toaster
This small, nice looking toaster is excellent in every way except that the bread I have is a slightly too tall. Not the toasters fault but still mildly irritating. That said it does still toast it enough for it not to be a problem beyond aesthetics.

Nice looking, with a few flaws
We bought this to replace our old SMEG one. This one looks nice and as far as toasting, it works, however there are a couple of issues. The first being it's unbalanced, so when you press the lever down the other end of the toaster lifts up. Not the end of the world but I probably just need to calibrate myself on how hard to press it down. The second issue is something I can't really control. The cage inside has gaps which are larger than our previous toaster, hence when our kids are putting Pop Tarts in they have a tendency to find the gap and get stuck. I had to completely mash up a Pop Tart the other night just to get it out.
