Wide Large Brim Sun Hat Summer UV Protection Thin Hat 2 in 1 Beach Sun Hat

I love this hat and use it in our community pool every day. It's light weight and fits snug so it doesn't blow off. But if that gust of wind does come up and blow it away in the pool, no problem. Just pick it up and put it back on. It seems to resist getting soaked. Plus it's fashionable.

I bought this hat for a cruise across the Hawaiian islands and a couple days at Vegas, and this was the best purchase I've made in a long time!First of all, this hat rolls up nicely to fit in your handbag, and doesn't catch any lint, threads or crumbly bits that might be hanging around in your bag. Hawaii is HOT and the sun is really strong, especially on the lava walking tours, which consists of 4 hours of walking on recently hardened (or not) grey, silvery and black lava, without a tree for shade for miles around at the brightest time of the day. (Please carry atleast 2 ltrs of water/person if you're doing this) While that was fun, the sunburn I had around the exposed part of my neck (I wore a half sleeved, crew necked T-shirt) and hands was SO BAD that I had to spend the rest of my vacation, including Vegas in collared tops and an irritating itch you can't gratify!! I can't imagine what would have happened if my face was exposed too. Sunscreen can only take you so far with a sunburn. If you're out in the sun anywhere for longer than 20 minutes, a wide hat such as this and any form of clothing to protect your skin from direct light is non negotiable. It's now over 1 month since my vacation, and I still have a red ring around my neck like an annoying necklace you can't get rid of.This hat is strong and lightweight, shades your entire face and neck from the front- not good for photos though. The Velcro part at the back allows for many adjustments and is covered with a cute bow (not silly looking in the least). In addition, if you have on a nice dress, it can look quite Parisian chic! Before my next vacation, not only will I be carrying many more collared tops, but a few more colors in these hats!

I bought this hat to use outdoors at pools and beaches. What I like about it is I can unzip the cap and take it off. It's definitely more cool that way. I purchased navy color, so heat retention is greater than say a white hat. But my hair definitely appreciates the coverage. The brim of the hat is adequate to keep the sun off my face too. And it is adjustable via velcro so you can fit to size. You can slip your pony tail into and above the bow to keep the hat on your head if it's windy.

I love this hat so much, I’ve ordered one in each color on multiple occasions. I spend a lot of time in the sun, whether I’m home or traveling and this hat provides the ultimate protection from the sun. The extra wide brim always keeps my face fully covered. The bow on the back provides a nice stylish touch. The hat folds absolutely flat and it takes up no room in my luggage. Great purchase!

I have skin cancer, so I wear hats a lot. This is my new favorite. It’s extremely lightweight and fits great. It doesn’t blow off in a breeze. People ask does it fold? It doesn’t fold so much as collapse perfectly flat. If you’re traveling and need a good hat. This one is perfect to put in the suitcase. I like this so much I plan on buying it in every color! I wear it year-round, even with my hooded coat, and since the visor’s in the front, I can put my hood up on my coat and stay warm and have a big brim to cover my face. Perfect hat!

Cheap product to give me sun protection on travels. I like the zip off, the bow makes it sort of prettier. It's velcro adjustable, so doubt this will last very long. Thin material, which does make me a bit suspicious as to how much UPF this truly has, but I got white, so at least reflection will help. My biggest gripe is the word it has on the band. It broadcasts this as cheap lol.Also the hat I got has the word "simplicity" on the hat. Simplicity is another listing that states it has UPF, but this one says no rating. Tag says Bellamy. Anyway, all this to say is you ARE getting one of these weird China products that is all the same thing, but under different "companies" under the illusion you are getting a choice / there is competition. But hey it's $10, it'll do the job!

Oh, really happy with this hat! Provides great coverage from the sun and is so nice and light weight. Doesn’t smash your hair or make dents in your forehead or give you a headache! I plan on ordering another in a different color. Have not use the convertible option yet as it’s still cool where I live but I can’t imagine that it would be a problem.

I have short hair and a small head. That can make finding a hat that fits me somewhat challenging. This wonderful hat can be adjusted so that it fits me! It is lightweight and does a great job keeping the sun out of my face. I even wear it when I am driving as there is no brim in the back to bump into the headrest. I wear it as a hat not a visor but I like the option to unzip and remove the crown of the hat and turn it into a visor. I liked it so much that I bought 5 of them in different colors. The only downside I see here is that there is no protection for the back of my neck so I don't wear these hats when I am gardening.
