Zahler has been my go to brand for vitamins and supplements for years. I like that I can finally get them on Amazon. It's much more convenient for me and I don't have to pay for shipping. This is the first time trying a multivitamin with energy boosting support. I decided to try this formula, because I've been hitting a wall in the afternoon and get so tired that I feel like I need a nap. I tried drinking energy drinks, which work for a little bit, but then I get a major crash an hour or so later when the caffeine wears off. These vitamins have worked wonders. Within 2 days, I could tell a huge difference in my energy level. I'm able to sustain the same amount of energy I have when I wake up for the entire day. I take one pill in the morning and one in the afternoon. The all natural blend of enXtra & Cordyceps mushroom give me energy without the caffeine, so there's no more crashing. My body thanks you!! Since they're in a bioavailable form, they're easy on my stomach. The ingredients used are of the highest quality, which is important since there's a direct correlation between the quality of the ingredients and the absorption effectiveness. There's no reason to take a poor quality product, because all you get is expensive pee. All of the products are Kosher, Non-GMO and vegan friendly. They also have no gluten, soy, dairy or synthetic binders and fillers. I feel very confident taking these products, especially since they are made in a certified facility here in the US. This brand costs a little more than other brands, but the quality and effectiveness of the ingredients make it worth every penny.

Biotin in my multivitamins have previously skewed my thyroid lab results, so it’s very important that I take one without biotin in it. I have only found two that fit the bill—this one and one by nutricost. While they both have a slightly unpleasant smell, this one doesn’t stay with me for hours after I’ve taken it like the nutricost version did, so I’ve switched to this brand for the past year. It has good levels of the vitamins I need (without overdosing me) and is reasonably priced for a once-daily capsule. And it’s vegetarian (important to me as well)!

So, I honestly wasn't sure if it was doing anything at all when I first tried it but I know things take time to work so I'm almost done with my first month's and here are my noted changes.I had an increase in energy. I could really tell that my body was happy with the vitamin when I started being able to go outside more often and had energy to do things (I struggle with depression). It was a gradual change but it was a pleasant one.My nails are getting longer and getting very strong. They don't get fragile and bend when exposed to water from bathing/showering.My hair is growing pretty fast. My hair is in the awkward ugly stage where it's long enough to put into a ponytail but not a big one and I felt like it's pulling me out of my hair's ugly teen phase.I was struggling at the beginning of the month with a little amount acne but I can't say for sure that it helped with it or not because I have also been using a new acne medication (It has since cleared up). I haven't noticed any significant change in the aspect, but skin hasn't really been an issue for me for majority of my life.I stopped taking my other beauty supplements and honestly I feel like this works better and I don't have to swallow 9 huge capsules in the morning.What influenced my decision to purchase was that it is made from whole food ingredients. I'll be buying it again soon because I am almost out. 😊

Tastes good, goes down easy, and is Kosher!

I needed a new multi and read views saying how it really gave ppl energy. Was skeptical but needed a vitamin….Started them on a fri (the day I’m usually lowest energy of the week) took our dog to the vet and a 1.5 hour hike. By this time we’re both ready for a nap usually.I was feeling great , had lunch with my 2nd vitamin of the day and started prepping dinner no problem.Fri nights im passed out by 9pm - but I was still going !I’m just nervous my body is going to get use to this but it feels amazing to not feel like a zombie by 2pmThey’re easy to take and excited to see how they work in the long run

I just opened a bottle and counted the capsules (3x). There were 59 capsules not 60 as advertised. I hope that this a one off thing, but who knows.
