It is a versatile amp that can be used for either.

Q: Can I use this as a vocal amplifier/PA?

Yes. It has a channel with XLT input and a 1/4 inch input. It's designed as a keyboard amp and PA. It is surprisingly loud and will fill a good sized room with sound. I usually sit it on a table instead of the floor. It's a good piece for the money.

Q: Can I use it on 220V ?

sorry I use and love this Amp but just not sure if you can run it on 220V, I use on one 110V

Q: can you use sep. effects petals, i have a volcal harminizer effects petal,can that be hooked up to my mic.

I haven't tried a harmonizer, but I have tried other effects plugged in line. Should work fine.
