If you need a decent protein shake it fits the bill
It does what it should, I don't refrigerate mine, so I'm sure the flavor is much better when cold. But I think they have better flavors like the chocolate peanut butter.

Great nutrition
I bought the strawberry banana flavor and it’s high in nutrients and the protein I need, but it tastes like toothpaste. I don’t taste the strawberries or bananas.

No comparison--it almost isn't fair!
