We have never had any issue with a varnish smell, and our shipping is from the USA and most customers order it Amazon fulfilled and it comes in just a few days. How does the tone/volume compare to the large 6" inch model? is it a higher or lighter pitch? (Is it good to have the assorted sizes for differences?

We offer frog rasps in the following sizes: 2", 4", 6" and the jumbo 8". The sounds do vary based on size. Some customers order a whole family! The tone goes lower and louder the larger the frog. Be sure to order from World Percussion USA, as all the other sellers are just knock offs.

Hi, i purchased this frog to be fulfilled by amazon, but it still has a very strong varnish smell. how do i know who the manufacturer is?

All items shipped from World Percussion USA have inserts indicating our logo, company information, and more. The shipping will be from within the USA. The white product tag will also say World Percussion USA. There are many other sellers on Amazon who falsely claim to sell our unique and high quality World Percussion USA wood frog rasp, but they do not. Thank you.
