Q: I read that they are glass and therefore dangerous for health reasons. Inhaling them? Getting in your eyes? Anyone heard of this?

So it's says they're glass right in the title. You can't accidently inhale these. If this is something you worry about though, you should not buy these and find something else that fits your need.

Q: Another reviewer mentioned that these beads don't have holes. Is this true???

These beads are super small, probably smaller than a poppy seed. You can see how small in a photo attached to my review - look in the 5-star reviews for the name Nonna dated June 20, 2014.

I'd say more than a tablespoon but not a quarter of a cup.
