KRPLUS ABS Plastic Heavy Duty 10" Jumbo 1/2" Pre Filter Bowl With Spun filter & SS Hanging Clamp For Water Purifier (Blue)I bought this product for Rs499 in March 2021.They provided the outer blue casing along with an L plate, sediment spun filter, two 1/2 inch inch to 1/4 inch elbow and a Teflon tape. Both the inlet and outlet diameters are 1/2 inch.I bought screws and washers from outside store to fix the "L" plate and "O" rings to properly seal the inlet and outlet connections. This product is working fine for "Instant Water Heater" and highly recommended.P.S.- I bought "Aquadyne Water Filters, PP Spun Filter Platinum Series (10 Inches, 5 Micron, Weight Density of 95 Gms/PC) - 5 Pieces" as spares for this filter.The seller "KRPLUS" is extremely helpful and humble...

The filter was installed about 2 months after I received. Within 3 months it started leaking. When it was examined it was found that there was a hairline crack which is barely visible. I approached the customer care with the photos,video and invoice. The person at the other end was very discourteous and alleged that it had fallen down. He refused to talk and disconnected the mobile.

The best performace as my need. Its durable product.

Bracket rusted within 1 week. Size is unusual so normal filter wrench doesn't fit which means it's difficult to change the filter when needed.

Sorry to say product is good but the wall hanging ss plate with screw missing. So the pre filter is useless to install on wall.
