Fantastic read and really inspiring. Recommended through a Jesse Paul podcast and really glad i got it its it changed my approach to snowboarding and overcoming that mental block.

A collection of quotes from predominantly American athletes. No practical detail of techniques to help the mental. Anecdotes are passing and lack the interesting insight you'd hope from someone on the inside.

A very good book which resonated with me when I was deeply involved in a competitive sport

The book is very good and I would recommend it, my daughter is pleased with it and hardly puts it down
