I have been having health issues and have not been going outside a lot. My test results showed deficiency in vitamin d. I had levels in early 20s. Several months after starting this supplement my Vitamin D is now in the 50s and normal! I hardly left the house so it wasn't because of more outdoor activity. Only thing that could explain it are these supplements that truly work. I just wish they weren't so expensive.

I'm 45 and have used this daily for the last few years based on the recommendation of multiple Naturopath Dr's. After doing research on many supplement companies, DFH has industry leading quality controls, they make their own products, and the potency is always top notch. After taking this for a month my labs came back normal and I feel great. I highly recommend any Designs for Health products and take many of them daily. I know there are some less expensive products available but I'm not willing to compromise my health for a product that may be tainted by a subpar manufacturer.

This is my favorite vitamin D+K supplement on the market. The pill is small and coated so no weird taste. I’ve repurchased these over and over. Highly recommend.

I’m a long time user of this product. But today, I received a bottle that had only 3 softgels instead of 60.Shrink and on lid was intact as was the safety seal. This is a quality control issue.Batch 43577 EXP 3/31/26.Not able to return or refund through Amazon.
