Q: Does it have fragrance ?

Yes. A light fragrance. I stopped buying it for my husband because it's a soft bar. Doesn't seem to last as long as soap should. I gave up on Amazon for this kind of soap. I searched the web for 10% sulfur soap & found beyondbeds site to have a good bar. Light fragrance, and hard bar. Hope this helps.
