Full disclosure, kids- got this very delightful & utterly decent product gratis for purposes of review herein but have found it to be a very useful product indeed. It is indeed very helpful indeed, seems well-made & thus far has proven very helpful in my daily regimen. I was pretty hesitant upon first ordering Green Tea Extract Supplement with EGCG - 180 Capsules - Max Potency Green Tea Fat Burner 500 mg Pills for Weight Loss, Boost Metabolism & Heart Health, All-Natural Low Caffeine Diet Detox Antioxidant if I am being completely honest. Thought it looked like it might be cheap & not very well-made or indeed useful but I was very happily surprised. Never ever been a fan or even interested in any supplements or extracts. Thought they were all placebo at best or covered wagon medicine show at worst at worst. You know like some shady guy shilling snake oil… I’ve used this Green Tea 98% Extract for a bit of time now & actually do see & feel some difference indeed. I am more energized, feel less peckish, less hungry, less prone to snacking & my body does feel more streamlined for lack of a better term. Green tea is certainly not a wonder drug obviously but I truly do believe this product can be a helpful addition to your daily regimen. Helping with a delightful but not overpowering burst of energy with no jittery after-effects or sleeplessness that one sometimes feels from drinking coffee or other energy supplements; helpful in more energy during workouts or simply getting through the day as it were; helpful in curbing appetite & cutting down on harmful snacking, both cutting down fattening intake of bad foods & also speeding up metabolism as well. aSquared Nutrition was not a company with which I was familiar before this, but this Green Tea extract seems like a very good quality, innovative & healthful product. It gives you an extra boost of energy, indeed a bit more focus, curbs appetite & curtails snacking, helps your workout energy & discipline, speeds up your metabolism, all with no bitter or yucky aftertaste or any other harmful side effects. I recommend it for those who want a bonus energy, help with losing a little weight, maintaining good eating & workout habits & being safe whilst doing the do!

I have been happy with this product and would order it again. I have only had the chance to use it for a short time, but it seems to give me more energy without making me "climb the walls" as some products have done. As I said, I would order this again.

I used it for over a month and found no weight loss as I had hope for. To late to make the return now and if it was suppose to increase energy that did not happen neither. I wish I could return it but my time ran out!

I like the packaging on the product and the product itself. A competitor's product had horrible tasting pills soon as they hit saliva. I take about 40 different vitamins/supplements so it would be impossible tro rate one product over another as to what it does for me but What I know about the product I will be buying it many more times.

This is supposed to be green tea but the color of the contents is closer to pink. How is that possible? Green tea leaves are a dark green. What do I really have? Some how I don't trust this stuff.
