It did the trick
Plug n play. This was a nice and easy workaround as my replacement MB did not come with the proper USB header. Having this allowed me to repurpose the USB-C port in the front panel of my PC using an available USB 3.1 header. It feels quite snug and no connectivity issues experienced after. Highly recommended 👍🏼

Much needed adapter
My motherboard only had 1 useable USB C port. This part allowed me to reuse a USB 3.1 for my cases top USB C port. Worked great, zero headaches.

Excessively tight connector
Becare the female connector has extremely tight tolerances and it's easy to bend the pins on the motherboard header when installing if you are not careful.Edit: I changed my rating from a 2 to a 4 because the manufacturer reached out to me and is investigating the issue. The fact a manufacturer stand behind their products carries a lot of weight and they are genuinely concerned.I have seen a few other reviews that have had similar experiences. They said the connector was a bit snug, but it make just be the same thing I am experiencing. Anyways, even with thie issue I had with this connector, I have purchased other products from this company and they have all worked wonderfully without any issues, so I am feeling confident this is just an issue they weren't aware of. As such I will absolutely buy other products from this manufacturer.

Tight fit and works.
This adapted the mobo header to the cable for the front panel USB-C. It was a very tight fit so use even pressure and caution.

Allows for using a USB C case header
This product meets my expectations. I do not have a USB C header on my motherboard, but I have one on my case that I would like to use. This is very simple plug and play. While I have not checked the speeds (I'm sure they are lower than typical USB C speeds), I am able to use the USB C port which is all I care about. Very satisfied and feels high quality.

Solved my compatibility issue
This adapter fixed the incompatibility issue I had and made my motherboard work perfectly with my Monotech PC case. Worked exactly as I needed it to!
