Perfect size
I initially thought that it was too narrow to perform stretch and fold on my sourdough. It's actually perfect size and diameter. Sturdy too. Pricey but worth it

Nicht grade günstig, aber super
Der Container fasst ca. 3,5 Liter und ich habe ihn bisher 3 mal zum "gären" benutzt und bin einfach begeistert.Man kann schön mit dem Stift markieren wie hoch der Teig ist und kann so super nachvollziehen wann sich der Teig verdoppelt hat.Auch toll, der Deckel sitzt richtig fest. Es braucht ein bisschen Kraft damit er sitzt.. aber dann gibt es auch keine Sorge mehr ob der Hefeteig "Zug" bekommen könnte und angetrockneter Teig gehört auch der Vergangenheit an.Wer gerne Brot und Hefeteige backt, sollte die gute alte Schüssel durch den Gär-Container ersetzen.

Great buy for bread makers
Great size and feels nice & sturdy. Nice to have a lid that fits well. Only downside is the height makes it difficult for short people like me to easily mix dough with the bucket on the kitchen counter. Easy fix is to place it on the table while mixing. I've made more bread since I've gotten the dough bucket than I have in the past year without it.

I liked the size and that it has a lid. I use it to make 3-4 loaves of bread at a time and store in the refrigerator for a week or more. Easy to clean too. I like it the least because sometimes my bread pops up from raising so much...maybe if it were an inch or two bigger.

Does what it says it will do
Works great. Perfect size. The translucent plastic lets you see where your dough has risen to. Easy to mark with whiteboard or permanent marker.Lid covers completely but is not airtight, so won’t pop off as dough ferments. Plastic has no smell at all and doesn’t affect dough flavor.Rugged and pretty easy to clean. There is a small ledge near the top (which is probably a stacking feature), that I find slightly inconvenient when cleaning, but this doesn’t ruin my life.It was smaller than I expected from the pictures, but ended up being perfectly sized for a good sized loaf.If I recall, this was a bit pricey given the size and simplicity of it.
