Q: Can you use it to make hot foil stamps?

I did look into using these to make hot foil stamps, but, reading about the plates used to make those, I don't think these would work. I think the plates for hot foil stamps have a metal substrate. They did work well for letterpress plates though.

Q: What is the average time for exposure using a UV lamp?

I couldn't find any specific directions, found some info on YouTube. Tried 2 minutes in dryer for nails, worked OK.
