I am still using this GREAT EQUIPMENT (with the same battery) for all my real estate contracts.I purchased this multifunction printer to travel to the homes where some sellers would rather WET_signatures than E_Signatures… This printer saves me time! This printer is absolutely amazing there are no limitations does everything and more than my home computer does. Such a great printer I bought another one for my mother's laptop it is above what I expected. Complete 5 stars

I have an extended stay in Hawaii (4 months) and needed this all-in-one portable printer and scanner. It works as expected, and I was able to pack it in my carry-on. I have a home office wherever I travel.

I purchased this printer in June 2020 for the scanning and printing ability as well as the compact size. I didn't need the portability, but thought that would be an added bonus just in case. The printer worked fine for approximately 3.5 years, although it did seem to go through ink rather quickly considering I don't print very much. I mostly used for scanning documents which worked fine. However, there is apparently a Lithium Ion battery in this printer required for power, despite the fact that the printer has an AC adapter plug. I have never used this printer for travel and it has always remained plugged into an AC outlet, but after 3.5 years the battery (that I didn't even know existed until now) has died and the printer shut off without warning, explanation, or error code. After entirely too much research through the completely unhelpful HP website, I finally just googled the battery SN and discovered you can purchase replacement batteries for $106. I purchased a battery, received a damaged box with no instructions other than to put the battery into the printer. I did so and the printer has been showing an error code for 3 days stating "Faulty Battery - The battery is faulty and must be replaced. For ordering information, visit the HP Support website." I tried searching the HP Support website again for help, but there is no information anywhere about replacing these batteries. When I search for the printer on support, it directs me to order a support plan with a monthly fee in order to receive help from support. I've now requested a replacement battery, but I'm not hopeful at finding a solution at this point. After all of this, I would say that unless you have unlimited funds and don't mind replacing the battery every three years, I would not recommend this printer. I also wouldn't spend over $400 for a printer again that also requires a non-rechargeable battery for use. I'll be looking for a cheaper printer that's easier to replace next. Preferably not HP.

Purchased May 2025 and am very satisfied with to date. Was a bit of a challenge to wifi connect due to updates not instructions. Have been able to print wirelessly using computer and cellphone (Andriod). Haven't tried other features yet. Battery for full mobile Printing works though I haven't tried to determine battery life. Recommend this product.
