Mobu gummies
A plastic bottle of gummies. Which are things that you eat for health benefits.It opens via a red cap. Which re-seals easily. There is a silver foil seal below the cap which has to be torn open to get to the gummies themselves.There are sixty in there. Two a day is recommended. So they will keep you going for a month. Approx. Depends on which month it is.They have apple cider and vinegar. Vitamin B12 and folic acid. A table on the side breaks calorie content and the like down, but suffice to say they are fine for vegans.They are decent in size, between a 5p and 10p piece in diameter, red in colour, and they have a nice taste to them. I would say fruity. That's probably the apple bit. It's a stronger one than you would expect from apple, doubtless down to the other two things.Prolonged use is required to see any benefits. But they're a nice quick taste. So I like them for that.
