Q: Poe does not seem to be operational on any of the phones via the lan port connected (only powers up by the plug). is there a special config for this?

Hi, The Grandstream GXP1625 phone comes standard with PoE and there's nothing special that needs to be configured just plug the network cable into the LAN port on the phone and plug the other end of the network cable into a PoE enabled switch and the phone will power on. Please make sure your switch is a PoE device and also that the port that you're plugging in the network cable is a PoE enabled port as some times a 24 port switch will only have 12 PoE enabled ports.
