Anne KleinClip Hoop Earrings

I bought these clip on earrings for a Pirate costume. They fit comfortably enough, and were definitely preferred to getting a piercing just for a costume. They're not too terribly heavy, so you don't really notice when you're wearing them. Assuming you're not imbibing too much grog as a proper in character pirate they shouldn't be easy to lose though. Overall they were much better than the plastic ones I had purchased previously, and even though they took a tumble once before I got them to the appropriate tension, they seem pretty sturdy as well.All and all I would recommend these for costume purposes, I haven't worn them enough in the sun to determine if they tarnish or "bleed" like most cheapo costume jewelry, but I'll update the review if and when that does happen.

The earrings were what I was looking for!! Stylish clip-on earrings are so hard to find, especially hoops!! Also, good price!! Very pretty, I like them very much.My only complaint, that's why 4 stars, was my right earrings, something is wrong with the clasp!! Doesn't open & close smoothly!! That causes the earring to come off!! I would have returned but too much of a problem for earrings!! Hope qualify control will check better because I really like them!! They look really nice!!

They are good looking but there is no spring to the clasp so you have to clamp them down as hard as possible but the hing doesn't stay put. The front end facing the ear is slippery and the back clamp does have ridges but it loosens and then they slip off. I like the size, they dangle but I won't risk attending an event with one earring on and the other lost. The two ends don't meet up on opposing sides of the lobe.

Love the look, light weight, size is good. Yet, my ear is too small for it to stay clamped on. It is worth the money.

Won’t stay on

I can no longer wear normal earrings and was devastated as hoops were my favourite. These are one of the few clip-on hoop earrings that look like the real thing and fit comfortably on your ears. With no harsh metallic parts digging into your ear and a beautiful gold tone, it's become a staple in my everyday attire.

I have bought multiple pairs of these particular earrings. Overall I like them. They're sturdy, a good weight and comfortable but I always loose one. We'll today I put them on and within minutes one fell off. Because I was home I could examine the earring. What I noticed on both earrings actually was that the clip was extremely loose. It would not grab on to my ear at all! Really disappointed because they're not cheap. I have spent over $100 replacing them due to loosing one. I missed my return window by 2 days, ugh!!! I won't buy again...
