Great! but not perfect (would still recommend tho)
I have two of these, and they are put up in opposite corners of my room pointing towards the middle. My room isn't particularly large but they get the job done and provide OK tracking when I have my lights off.I use a Meta Quest 3 so the depth sensor may be aiding the IR light with tracking but who can sayAs for longevity they seem to be capable of extended use as I turn them on almost every night as I am almost nightly VRChat user. I've had them for the past 300 hours of VRC and I also use them when just on standalone vr. Also I forget to turn them off like every other night so reasonably they've seen 700+ hours of activity since I bought them and they are still going. However I can say they have dimmed in this time frame. Not much but enough for my tracking to be noticeably worse off then when I first got them.Regardless all you need to put these up is a strong double-sided tape and some patience so I can throughly say that I recommend them, not perfect however it's the best price and usability because to be honest I dont really have much space for a table ir lamp so being on the wall is a very welcome feature.

Fiddly, but it works
So let me get the issues out of the way first, since that's what most people are looking for:1. It can be hard to position the base if you're trying to just set in on something (as opposed to mounting it with screws) because the base is really light, and the cable doesn't easily fit through the pass-through holes on the bottom, so it's hard to get it to sit flat. This is exacerbated by the thickness/stiffness of the wire and it's also more of an issue depending on the angle of the rotating head.2. It's just about impossible to point the light parallel to the surface that it's resting on, it really wants to be angled up.3. The power cable is nice but the power switch is too far from the light. If I have the light sitting on a table or on top of a speaker, I have to reach all the way down to the floor to find the switch. I'd much rather it be located on the base itself so that it's easy to get to.4. There's no indicator showing when it's powered on. In the dark, it's not too bad because there's a very dim red glow coming from the LEDs, but it's so dim that with any lights on it can be very hard to tell if it's on or off, and this has already caused me to forget that they're on a few times, leaving them running overnight.I know that seems like a lot of things, but overall it's still a good unit. I haven't had too much trouble with headset tracking (PSVR2) in normal situations because I have a number of lights on in the living room when I'm playing, but even so when I add these lights it seems to be able to lock onto the play area faster. For games like Beat Saber, Synth Riders, Les Mills Bodycombat, and Synapse, where I'm basically standing in front of the TV in the brightest part of the room, these aren't really making a huge difference. Maybe a little, but it's hard to tell if I'm noticing an improvement because I'm looking for one. This isn't a problem with the lights, it's just that they're unnecessary because I have plenty of light there. But for games where I might need more space to move around like Puzzling Places, I have to stand perpendicular to the TV because my play area is longer in that direction. And since the lighting isn't as good when facing the perpendicular wall, I sometimes have minor tracking issues where the view in the headset starts to sway a little. This is where the lights really shine (no pun intended) because when I use them, the tracking is dead on.The same goes for sitting games. Even though there seems to be plenty of light by my couch, for some reason my headset likes to complain about the lighting sometimes when I'm playing GT7 or Moss, and I can feel the position swaying to the point that it makes me a little uncomfortable. It even blanks out on occasion with a warning that there's not enough light to play. It's kind of baffling considering I'm literally sitting next to a lamp, but whatever. Once again, these lights save the day and give me a rock solid tracking experience.Despite the issues, these are a good buy if you need a little something extra to give your headset the light it needs to track right.

It works.
It works great. It detects the controllers without any issues even in a dark room.

It’s pretty good, but bulbs burn out kinda fast
A few of the bulbs still work, so the device does still work *in theory*, but many bulbs began burning out pretty quickly. It’s not useless, but meh, and I’m not happy with the quality. For what it’s meant to do, it’s fantastic for the short time all the bulbs work. It’s a shame, because this would be brilliant if someone would make this product that gives a damn about quality.

Does Generate Heat
Product functions as described and works as claimed, infact I'd even go as far as saying even better.Tracking definitely improved, even I noticed the difference using the Oculus Quest 2.My play area has diffused lightingDidn't realize during the daylight it was affecting my tracking and overall image quality and was just getting-by.Upon first use during the day I definitively noticed the difference.ContentsIt came with screws and plugs for wall mounting, connecting AC electrical cord with switch and power brick.Reading the reviews before purchasing I became aware of its shortcomings.Such as:Housing made of thin plasticShort product lifespanBurnt-out IR leds after short useAll of these User problems possibly could have been avoided upon receiving(Most products with LEDS produce heat)*Took care in handling and twisting the thin plastic case to get the optimal positioning.*Turned vent slots to optimize HEAT dissipation (wallmounted), one on bottom and two on top.*Care taken in handling electrical cords as not to twist while positioning.* Used 3M Command damage-free hanging system, to ease mounting instead of supplied screws.Heat and DustAside from water, heat and dust is probably any electrical products worst enemy. This product does Generate heat and so does my Flatscreen T.V., which has been on almost 24/7 since purchased two years ago.Whenever its on I've a fan blowing from the side to vent and keep T.V. and IR cool. I'll Turn it OFF when not in use.(NOT recommended for Outdoor use.)Come on guys, for its price it's a definite bargain, just needs a little effort in handling and care.UPDATE 8/2024: Still performing as New.Found a few Leds not turning on, at first I thought it was burning out, which is not the case, it was the power brick. The way I've set it up was through a multi outlet surge protector. Which is always on, which keeps current flowing to the power brick which it was not intended for constant power 24/7. So I've learned to unplug it when not using it, now it's working and all Leds functioning.Btw: from this Vendor the Shipping and processing was extremely fast as it arrived about three days earlier than expected, ( I live across the Pacific.)
