KT Tape PRO Extreme, Synthetic Jumbo Kinesiology Athletic Tape, 150 Count, 10” Precut Strips, Sonic Blue

We bought this because it was in our price range. We change colors to blue instead of the beige color, and it seems to work out very well. The tape appears to be just slightly thicker than the beige color and the glue on the tape is much better than the beige colored tape. Both are extreme KT tape but the blue appears to be better.

You pay a bit more for this, but it is the cheapest route if you use a lot of KT tape on a regular basis. This one in particular sticks well and last while I shower.

My daughter always makes sure that she has a stock of this. She uses it when needed during volleyball training and competitions.

I have used the beige which is strong and doesn’t fray. The blue is awful have to use twice the tapes to get the same effect of the beige, it frays and the glue stays on your skin and then you have to use stuff to ungoo it off your skin. Absolutely dreadful, doesn’t work like it’s supposed to.

My entire family uses the KT tape. We've tried different varieties, but the extreme is beyond compare. You can really feel the pain leave your muscles as soon as you put the tape on. I highly recommend it.

I love KT Extreme and use it several days a week. The big box is perfect for my uses snd saved quite a bit of money. The tape is exactly the same high quality I’ve purchased in smaller rolls.

Easy to use, great flexibility in a linier direction and the great adhesion to stay on for days.

I swim aggressively in the pool for 50 minutes or so and use this tape on my feet. It mostly stays on (around the edges comes off). My only complaint is that it does leave some glue on the bottom of my feet.
