Yes long hair can get caught in the Velcro. It is best to have the strap sized before putting on to swim rather than having the velcro open when placed on.

Q: Will it work with swimcaps?

Yes, the goggles work great with or without wearing a swim cap.

Q: Is there a larger size? These seem much smaller than last version and won't fit my 4 year old.

We also just got a new (our 3rd) pair. The other two still fit my 7 year old. This new pair is way too small, like maybe for a 2 year old. It's a shame.
