Great taste.
Nicely packaged and taste was very authentic. I wish it was spicier, but I understand why it isn’t. I like the spiciest I can get. Great stuff!

Bad flavor
The flavor was pretty terrible. On the plus side, the flavor was so bad that we decided to make our home made chimichurri and that was pretty amazing!

Okay product, but nothing extraordinary.
I recently tried these, and while it wasn't bad, it didn't quite meet my expectations. The flavor profile is decent, with a nice balance of herbs and garlic, but it lacks the vibrant freshness you'd hope for in a chimichurri sauce. It also felt a bit too oily for my taste, which somewhat overpowered the other ingredients. The convenience of having it ready-made is a plus, and it pairs reasonably well with grilled steak or chicken. However, it doesn’t quite capture the authentic homemade chimichurri experience. If you're looking for something quick and easy, it's a passable option, but if flavor is your top priority, you might want to make your own or try a different brand.Overall, it's an okay product, but nothing extraordinary.

Not good
The taste of this chimichurri is not good. Still I gave it 4 stars bc that is my personal opinion. Other people may think different. Too oily and the herbs do not taste like authentic chimichurri.

Zero Stars - I had to choose at least one star for it to be accepted
I love Chimichurri sauce , however I don’t as highly disappointed in this product. Made the perfect steaks at home. I had been anticipating the sauce, opened the jar and immediately there was a “chemical” smell. I thought it just needed to be stirred, I placed a bit on my steak and encountered a flavor that was “chemical” in taste. My son had the same experience, we thought it may have been just a bad jar, so we opened the other jar, and it was the same. I looked at the expiration date to make sure, no it was good through June 2024.

Badia chimichurri
I have tasted way better. Tasted like a chemical was added. I think it was cheap olive oil. I had to dress it up with garlic, salt, white vinegar; then it tasted decent. Going to experiment with different seasonings to fix it.
