I’ve been taking these 200mg CoQ10 capsules for a few weeks now and I’ve noticed an improvement in my energy levels and overall well-being. The most important thing for me taking COq10 is that it helps me so much with some of the aches that i recently have been experiencing due to a prescribed cholesterol medication. I was told that it helps and it totally does. My hands used to ache really bad before COq10. Not anymore. Thank you
