Supplements are a huge market and turmeric seems to be the new "must have" for its claimed anti-cancer properties among other things.Seven Seas is a very well known brand, market leader perhaps, and as such you feel you can rely on the quality of the packet's contents. This combination is, a twin-pack of turmeric capsules and Omega 3, separate tablets giving a 30-day supply of each. At £16.40 a month that is quite a hefty price tag, so you are definitely paying for the quality and convenience. Unlike most other daily supplements, these blister packs are marked with the days of the week which is helpful if you are also taking other medication, to be sure you haven't missed one.The tablet size of each is pretty standard for supplements, which is to say they are quite chunky, but I had no difficulty swallowing them.Having said all of the above, as doctors recommend Omega 3 for its many benefits, and turmeric has its own useful properties, these are a useful health supplement if you are prepared to pay the price for this brand leader.
