They clamp down hard. Excellent.

Ball clamps are a little tricky to use, but once in place they offer great adjustment flexibility.
I used this clamp set to make my own underwater dive kit with a tray and torch from Amazon. Works great over 6 dives so far.

Great Value
You can't go wrong for the price. I haven't taken them underwater yet but from initial set up, they appear well made.The spring tension is strong but still easy to manipulate the handle with 5mm gloves.I'll be updating this review mid-March after several salt water dives.
