I installed it so that it would drain right into my sink because I wasn't up for cutting a hole in my counter top. I had purchased a cheaper one that was black, but the paint started to chip and the force required to actuate it was much higher than this one. The action of this sprayer to very smooth.

Purchased the DIBTSA Pitcher Rinser, Automatic Glass Cup Washer, Stainless Steel Coffee Milk Tea Cup Cleaner Sink, for Home Kitchen Hotel Bar Restaurant (10.4x6.4x2.6 Inch). I could not install it because the stem of the unit that goes through the countertop was not long enough to properly secure it underneath. I have a granite countertop that is 1.5 inches thick and there was not enough stem to pass through the counter with room to be able to secure the water line. The construction looks quite good and solid. Brass fittings on partial. It would appear to be a good item from the general book of it. I would purchase it again if it had a longer stem to fit through the counter. As it is, I will need to gift it or return it.

The product works great from a rinsing perspective. Install was very easy. However, there is a small lip around the drain, so water always stays in the bottom of the tray. Eventually this molds/mildews and just gets gross, so you must clean this regularly.

I loved this rinseer when I first got it. It's beautiful. the black is so pretty And it looked great in my coffee bar. But It has never drained well, and we have slightly hard water so the water that sits in the bottom of the pan all the time gets nasty and gunky. It builds up scale and it gets moldy/mildewy and gross.It sucks because it rinses really well. And like I said I loved it at first. But now I have scale build up, that I can't get off the beautiful black surface.I gave it one star for its inability to drain. And I gave it four stars for its rinsing ability. But it's inability to drain weighs a little heavier so it averages out to two stars. It would be a five-star product if it would drain and rinse the way that it does. And was a little easier to clean.

After about a month of use, the rinser gets stuck on the downward (on) position. The problem is with the way the valve is built. Milk gets stuck in the piston the allows the valve to compress and open. Over time this build up renders the rinser inoperable.

the rinser appears to be of nice quality however once I had the plumber install the item and we tested it, the piece does not drain. correctly due to the design. water will stay in there. There should be some sort of slope for the water to drain completely out.
