Replacement Ear Pads and Headband for KRK KNS6400/8400 Headphones - Memory Foam, Protein Leather

Nice product, easy fit and revived my KNS6400 headphones which were slowly shedding the coating from the original ear pads. Easy to fit, just carefully pull the old ones off (don't break the small plastic clips) and check where the clips are on the headphone, then gently push the new ones in by pulling towards the centre where the clip is located and keeping downward pressure on the earpad - that will ensure the earpad slots into place under the clip.For the headband, undo the screws, slide the new headband in and replace screws.Only thing to be aware of when fitting is that there are two layers that need to go under the clips. The layers are bonded together, check before fitting that the bond is firm enough because if the layers separate you won't be able to get them on.

Had these headphones for years, a good match for my KrK monitors & sub setup.Over time the headphones do wear our, I use them every day and this replacement kit has it all good as new.I should have bought 2 to cover the next time they are needed.

So long story short - I was waiting for the original KRK headpad stock to come in but ordered these instead and I can confirm that it does fit the original KRK 8400 headphones. You just need to click the outer edges of the headpad into place.I also compared the ear pads that came in this pack with the original ones that I had bought a couple months ago and the appear to be of the same quality, no visual difference that I could see.Will definitely stock up on these as KRKs supply lines have proven to be useless (COVID or not). I live in Australia and have been searching for any online store that stock ear pads and none of them ship to Australia (the irony).If you have 8400s, grab these while you can.

These replacement pads feel great and have a slightly different material than the originals. I'm hopeful these will last longer and don't wear out as quickly. If anything happens (or not) within 3-6 months, I'll be sure to write an update to this review.

Non male, sono diversi però dagli originali. Sono più leggeri e con una deformazione che per ritornare alla forma originale impiegano del tempo. Sicuramente meno isolanti degli originali. Vediamo col tempo.
