It helps a great deal with drops
I am using Can-C before I need cataract surgery. The drops are expensive and sometimes I miss my eye or if I get the drops in some of the liguid runs out. I got this bags on a video I saw from an eye Doctor. Then I watched another eye Doctor demonstrate it's better to be in front of a MIRROR when you do this. So first the 2nd time I put the drop in it worked better. There was some liquid coming out after I opened my eyeBut this was just the 2nd time. I will get better. I notice the Dr states close your eye for 2 minutes. However the Can-C instructions state only 15 to 60 seconds. I think I will do the 2 minutes instead

So Easy to Put Eye Drops In Now!!
In the past, I have had trouble getting eye drops in my eye, mostly because I have my glasses off and think I am aiming for my eye but instead the drop lands right below my lower lashes, on my face. I waste a LOT of drops that way! Since I have to place eye drops in my eyes six times/day, I needed a better solution. The drops I use are expensive. With this eye drop applicator, I have no problem at all!! While keeping my glasses on (I can't see well without them), I place the applicator on my finger and squeeze out the eye drop from the bottle so that I can see that I don't overfill the indentation on the tip of the applicator with more than one drop. Then I take off my glasses (super easy with my free hand), pull the lower lid down just like they show in the video, and bring the applicator near the pocket my lower lid forms. When it almost touches your lid, the drop moves off the applicator and onto your eye. I did notice that the amount of liquid they show in the video is actually probably an extra large drop (which makes even easier to "jump" to your eye), but with just a few times of practice I was easily able to get a regular drop onto my eye. Sometimes I accidentally touch the lower lid with the applicator, but then heck, sometimes I touched my lid with an eye drop bottle, too. No one is perfect. Just clean the applicator so it is good to go for the next time. What I LOVE the most about this applicator is that I can now put an eye drop into my eye(s) anyplace, anywhere--in the car, at a restaurant, while I am out running errands, etc. You never have to look weird by bending your head backwards to put an eye drop in. With this applicator, you just bend your head down a touch, pop the drop in, and move on about your day. As someone else said, "Easy, Peasy!!" So easy, in fact, that I just ordered a second applicator to keep in my travel bag.

Practice "May" make it perfect!
I found I couldn't just use it - it is something that takes practice! Because my eyesore is so bad with out my glasses, I had to figure out a way to get the drop into the little bowl. That problem solved, now practicing to actually get the drops to magically get into my eyes - doing better now! Other reviews have complained about the bowl being too deep and needing to add a second drop and wasting a precious drop. I will gladly sacrifice that one drop when comparing that to when my husband or I try to put drops in the regular way and end up with 2-3 drops running down my cheeks! Now that is wasteful! I'm still in practice mode, but every day I get a little better with little to no wet cheeks!

No more drips!
No more drips! Having double cataract surgery which means daily drops for the next two months. I dreaded this because of past experiences with drops running down my face. This device is a game changer. Sooo easy to use. It's not cheap but cheaper than all the expensive drops I would have been wasting. Highly recommend.

Only works for thick eye drops
I mainly bought Magic Touch eye dropper, because I was recently prescribed Miebo drops for dry eyes, and many people complained about the bottle design, and how hard it is to use, and how they wasted precious drops because it was difficult to get into the eyes.Miebo is a thinner, oil based texture, and the Magic Touch dispenser doesn't really work. I have used the dispenser with Optase eye drops, which are thick, and a nice big bubble forms on the dispenser. Miebo is thin, so only a little bit collects in the dispenser, like what I would consider to be 1/3 of one drop.Maybe the company that makes Magic Touch dispenser, could make one for thinner eye drops.

Oly a fraction of the drops gets to the eye.
Most of the time I used it only a fraction of the drops goes to my eyes. Some of the drops goes down the sides of the holder or remain in the holder. Actually, the eye only needs 1/6 of the drop so it is probably OK. This will not work well If the eye medicine is viscous or have a surface tension less than tears.I end up not using it since it was easier and more efficient to just place a drop in the corner of a closed eye. When you open the eye the drop goes in.

Really Works For Me!
The Eye Drop Applicator is a God send. Can't put my head back and I just put a drop or 2 on the silicone applicator. I use a little mirror, bend forward a bit, touch the drop or drops to my eye and I'm done. The applicator doesn't touch my eye because the liquid sits on top of the applicator. When I wash it the silicone releases the soap easily. I give it a few shakes and it's dry. Has a nice little cap and case. Bought a second one just in case. Used to get more drops close to my eye but usually missed or blinked right before succeeding. A tiny bit remains in the applicator but if you're missing your eye this is definitely better for someone like me.
