I wear it every day, everywhere I go. I wear it to the gym and in the shower. No green marks at all. I wash it with soap while I’m in the shower and it cleans it well. It goes perfectly with my rose gold necklace and copper bracelet. It has helped with the neck pain I’ve struggled with for over 20 years. I took a few links out and it now fits my slender neck PERFECTLY! Great product for a great price.

Took some getting use to it but after a few daysI love the results

The necklace was a little longer than I'd wanted, but bought it with the plan to have it shortened a bit. It's lovely, heavy duty, and looks pretty darned nice.

Here you can see the necklace compared beside the wrist bracelet - after less than 8 weeks of daily use, the coating has almost completely worn off, and the underlying metal is exposed and very itchy. I had to stop wearing it, which is a shame because I really liked the look and feel.
