These things are PHENOMENAL! I got a new pair of sneakers shortly before a trip where I would be doing a lot of walking. The sneakers rubbed hard over a bunion. As soon as I used these protective pads I had no discomfort. I used another one to protect my baby toe with a blister. All I did was wrap the hole for my big toe around my last 2 toes. It fit perfectly well and they’re super comfortable! You forget you’re even wearing them. They stay put with no sliding around. Brilliant!

Nice and thick gel cushion to protect the bunion. I have only used it once with a pair of sneakers. The real test will be with a pair of heels.

This sleeve is an excellent way to cushion your bunion -- the sleeve will keep the pad in place inside of a shoe, or in my case, an ice skating boot. For me, it did cushion the boot pressing against my bunion while skating, on the other hand, it also added to the width of my foot and overall made the boot feel a little tighter. Skaters are ridiculously finicky... my advice, try it, may do the trick for you.

These things are great! I hike for a living basically and these are awesome under my socks in my work boots.

It was not what I expected. I need to wear a sock or compresion sock to keep it in place

It was not what I thought it would be. It just kind of covered up the bunion I guess for when you wear shoe with it I thought it was a corrector but it definitely is not only put it on once. Even though the price was right it was worth maybe half that much

Relieved my pain. However the loop that goes around the big toe broke so that 1st pad is now not reusable.
