I am confused. What do you need in the end yellow or red lenses?

Choose your lenses based on the time of day and your lifestyle needs. Yellow lenses are appropriate for daytime use as they block up to 75% of blue light. Hello, I wonder is the foam padding can occasionally be removed safely then put back again houres later?

Yes, it is possible to remove the foam liner. To do so, you'll need to unscrew the two screws on the underside of the frame, and unclip the liner at the bridge of the nose. You can put it back in by putting the two tabs in at the base of each arm hinge, and re-clipping it back on at the bridge of the nose. Do not peel off the foam from the plastic liner it's attached to, though, it's not meant to be detached that way. Thanks!

Do these work better than the elite model? Because they are the only ones offered in the pack deal. Also is there a pack with both in the elite style?

Hi, These and Twilight Elites (which aren't on Amazon yet but we're working on that!) are both nearly identical in functionality, as both use the same patented multi-layer filters to block out all that light! It's mostly down to preference. These have a bit of a superhero look to them and do block out a tinge more light on the top and sides, and the Twilight Elites have a sleeker look and are great for folks who find the classic Twilights to not be their style. We're working on adding new pack deals soon, so stay tuned!

What specific nm spectrum do these block out?

It covers most of the colors that disrupt the circadian rhythm within the visible spectrum, which is generally indigo, blue and green, ranging from 445-550 non (though I believe indigo is lower than that). I believe these glasses cover even higher in the range of visible color lighting, up to red (635 nm). To confirm this, I would reach out to the Truedark team directly to confirm.
