I’ve been purchasing this brand for a long time and so have many of the people that I know. High quality ingredients. I’m so glad that I found an even better price here on Amazon as they typically sell for about $5 more at retail stores. As a healthcare professional, I’m telling you that if you need omega-3 fish oil, this is the brand to purchase. Sure there are some for a few dollars less, but they aren’t absorbed well so you only get about 60% of the active ingredients vs 100%.

Nordic Naturals seemed like a reliable optionHighlights:* no fishy aftertaste or weird burps* marketed as “no gluten, milk, derivatives or synthetic dyes” (stated on the back)* “certified sustainable”* use wild-caught fish (also stated on back)Room for improvement: “3rd party tested” is so vague. I would want to know “by whom?” Their other product is NSF certified which is great for athletes who need it.Bottom line: Excellent option for getting in your daily omega 3 and vitamin d3 at one time. Needs clarity on 3rd party testing.

These are as helpful for my triglycerides as the very expensive prescription Omega 3 pills I've been taking for years. I took these for three months and have my blood work done, and my triglycerides stayed as low as ever.

My husband and I have been using these for over a year now and his cholesterol is now in the normal range, and they help with mood as well. Love the addition of the vitamin D. This brand never causes burping up fish taste. The pills them selves have a lemon flavor so they are not hard take at all.
