Q: what do you do with it when it’s finished?

I am building a "house" with mine. Right now I only have 2 done and they are behind glass in a fishtank. I have a granddaughter with the inability to look without her hands....lol

Q: Is anyine else missing parts? I just started mine and the transparent paper for the front dor is missing.

If you are missing any parts, contact the seller through Amazon and let them know. This company is wonderful with this kind of stuff. I've even been way past the 30 day return window and they still accommodated me. 😊

Q: Does the greenhouse kit come with all of the plants, planters, light, benches, etc. as shown in the picture? Or do they have to be bought seperatly?

It comes with everything shown, however, you have to cut out all of the leaves, petals, pictures, flooring etc and assemble. The only problem I had with this kit was the plastic walls and roof was difficult to put and keep together. If you enjoy cutting, pasting and work with tweezers you will like this kit. I did.
